Hello, my name is Etel.

I am a yoga therapist (RYT 500 Yoga Alliance). I am specialized in yoga with special needs. I had the longing to connect since I was a child. This longing guided me to work with kids having special needs. 

We all have special needs. When I am with those kids, we are connecting heart to heart, going beyond their limitations. My expertise is working with disabilities like autism, down syndrome, Adhd, etc.

For 4 years I have been giving trainings to yoga teachers, physiotherapists and special education teachers so that they can do yoga with kids having disabilities.

I am a committed yoga practitioner, it is my ritual and my sanctuary. Besides many yoga trainings I did 2 years of Gestalt therapy, learning to love workshops and Family Constellations.

I had this amazing one year Compassionate İnquiry training from Dr. Gabor Mate, I did the mentorship also for 6 months. I realized that the longing to connect was to myself.

I had The body keeps the score training from Bessel Van Der Kolk. I am still taking his Traumatic stress studies program. I am going to start the Somatic experiencing training soon.

In my sessions I am setting the intention to flow with the client, honoring his/her process. I have a toolbox which is made from the accumulation of all these years. I am using the Cİ approach, breath, grounding, movement and some somatic work.
