We laughed, but I also felt in the heart her meaning… to stay connected. Staying connected to students all over the world brings me tremendous joy. This is sangha.

So what is a soul call about? It is about the silence of you own being and self discovery. It is like a contemplation or meditation, but inside that many things can come up. Maybe there is a change needed in a job or relationship, or even in the way you are practicing yoga. Inside the beautiful silence we discover. Those discoveries can change our life.
