Angela Perez

Angela is an internationally renowned spiritual teacher, passionately and joyfully dedicated to the Tantric and Yogic path for the past 20 years.

With a blend of Spanish born fire and deep love and gratitude for this life, it is equally her joy and honour to teach, study and share yoga and Tantra. Angela’s teaching style mirrors the way she practices – with complete joy and commitment to the path. She truly embodies the understanding that practice is a gift and holds firm to her intention to be a radiant example of the true joy, power and potential of yoga.

Angela is completely devoted to her daily practice and her role as a teacher is a natural extension of that commitment. She has lectured and taught in many parts of the world on Yogic Philosophy, Tantra, Ayurveda and Kundalini and gratefully enjoys teaching her own Creative Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Tantra online and presential classes and workshops.

Currently living in BALI for the past 10 years, Angela is a Yoga Alliance internationally certified yoga instructor at both the RYT-500 and E-RYT 500 level.

Angela presents a way of counseling that is rooted in the ancient knowledge of Tantra.  

She offers a spiritual approach to therapy, beyond method and technique, focusing on the essentials of how personal growth and transformation occurs. 

All the sessions are completely different and unique, depending on the needs of each client.

Expect the revelation of important insights using different types of techniques (breathing exercises, meditations,dancing, drawing, feeling …and sometimes just talking.) and to gain personal clarity and a new vision for your life challenges.

She uses methods to open our inner doors to sensitivity and emotional intelligence, as well as the relationship dynamics between man and woman and the inner male-female polarity.

Tantra gives you the gift of quality time to explore, heal, open up and transform.

She has been working and studying Tantra for the past 15 years. Her ways have changed and evolved overtime, edating the old Tantra for the new generation of the human race.

With Angela I learned how to dive into the deep world of tantra which starts from the knowledge and love of your own body to arrive to the capacity of handle  your emotions using only your  breath, to all the movements connected to unlock your sexuality and your 7 chackras. I do remember one of my favorite teaching was about the Tibetan tantra yoga movement, each of them used to give a specific benefit to your body and especially to your energy, from the very first till the external aura. It was crazy the way I felt after. Honestly with her teachings I learned , most of all, how to love my body, even with my imperfections, how to become more a woman, how to manage my feminine side bringing it into balance with my masculine side. She “simply” taught me how to  be ME. And I m forever grateful to her.
